Where I'm from skill wise... most varsity cheerleaders can do a standing tuck and a round of handspring tuck...the better cheerleaders can do jumps to tuck and round off handspring fulls...the not as good ones just do standing handsprings and round off handpsrings or nothing at all. Stunting wise.. most teams do express ups (switch ups) and most teams do not do REAL full ups. Most almost every flyer can double down from an arabesque. The best stunt sequence i have seen is an express with a half turn, heal stretch, bow, hands free, bump it down, full up, scorpion, scale, double. Oohh by the way im from New England.
