It's a short circuit in the wiring. You'll have to get a multimeter or test light and go over the whole wire for the headlights and check for continuity . If there's a current through it all is what youre checking. Hope it helps .
When my a/c system is low on refrigerant, it blows hot on drivers side, cold on passenger side of the dashboard. This is a 1997 Buick Ultra. Recharging the system solves the problem.
ive seen a bad radio install usually the wire that controls the ligh panel on radio is hooked up wrong or yhe diime wire is grounded near radio. also a bad printed circuit on back of instrument cluster has a short. one way to test is remove cluster turn on lights and see if fuse blows if it blows cluster if not check das illuminatio like ash tray light and switches that are controled with diimmer switch.. g
You have a short in the cluster.
Inside dashboard in path of air that blower motor blows.
It may be due to the control head needing replaced
the cluster fuse is blown!Replace it!if it blows again you have an electrical short somewhere.
A fuse blows when there is a short circuit or an overload in the circuit.
Whats the problem? Blows cold air with the heat settings on?
i own a 90 olds 98 it had the same problem u have to take the bottom part of the dash off and check for any vacume leaks
Get a new car
I have a 2000 Malibu and I am having the same problem. There is an electrical problem. I have yet to figure out how to solve it, but turning on the AC blows the fuse. Ive had the instrument cluster replaced, so dont go and do that, because your car will still do the same thing. Your BCM (Body Control Module) may need to be replaced, or it is just a bad wiring. If you have replaced your battery, that may be a part of the problem. I know this information is not much, but hopefully it will help. I have a 2000 Malibu and I am having the same problem.
