try sugar for a couple days to bring down swelling and keep it moist and clean if the swelling goes down use a warm rag GLOVES and try gently push back into rectum, if it happens again or has already happened seek vet care for the intestine, rectum etc etc would have to be surgically sticthed if that was already seeked get a 22.mag and 2 shells to the skull. SORRY.
