Losing weight can be an intimidating process to undergo regardless of your size, height or weight. Naturally, for things that are out of our comfort zone, we tend to make excuses for ourselves NOT to do the tasks, as after all its the general fear of the unknown and we naturally prefer to do things that we are familiar with.

When you also think about what constitutes the ability to lose weight, determination and hunger for success, a consistent workout regime and a healthy diet plan, this all can feel daunting. But from my experience, I find that the biggest aspect of it all is comparing yourself to other people.

It's natural to look at fitness gurus on social media and start to compare yourself to them. We all do that sometimes. However it's essential to know that they started out the same as us. Lack of confidence with their bodies, questioning whether things are possible or not, losing sight of the bigger picture or the goal. The important thing we have to ask ourselves is; Who are we doing this for? Are we undergoing this journey for the validation of others? Are we doing it for to be like these fitness gurus, which deep down we want to resemble? This is the first fatal flaw that we need to fix.

Adapting to a new mindset, heck, maybe even ignoring people that don't motivate us or drag us down, is the first step to start accomplishing your goals and setting your targets. For me, I find that privacy is key. I like to be able to get on with the things I want to do without any judgement because deep down I do care about what other people say about me even though it's a false front, when I say that it doesn't matter to me. Deep down to some extent, we all care about what other people think about us. That's why we tend to care about how we present ourselves, to not only make us feel more confident in ourselves but the way that we carry ourself projects our confidence.

For a minute, you need to take a look in the mirror and think about what you see. Are you happy with what you see? Is this the same person you want to be in 5 years time? 10 years? maybe 20? I strongly disagree with the ideology of feeling self pity and focusing your energy on the things you lack in, rather than focusing on the things you are perfectly capable of accomplishing. Because at the end of the day, the only person stopping you is yourself. And that may be a tough pill to swallow.

There is a healthy way to lose weight, which may be of your convenience. This involves fat burning while you sleep, and being able to live a lifestyle you desire, heck, maybe hands off while you are still able to lose weight with minimal effort. Who wouldn't want to put in little effort but achieving large returns on investment of your time?

If this interests you, I hold the secret to a healthy weight loss, involving 6 powerful alpine nutrients and plants, which its successes and capabilities are backed up by clinical research. Interested? I strongly suggest checking the link in my bio. It may just be life changing.

Presumably you're referring to losing weight. Well, eat several meals a day, all low calorie. That keeps you full and helps you lose weight. Also, exercise. Jogging is recommended due to the ease and amount of calories burned.

There are many weight loss programs out there, and many of them can help you lose weight. You need to look at some different programs and decide which one is the most suited to your lifestyle and current physical ability.

Usually, the most effective weight loss programs utilize a mix of physical activity and diet.

The key to weight loss is essentially eating fewer calories per day than your body uses in that day. For instance, if your body uses 2,500 calories every day to complete its daily functions, then if you:

Eat more than 2,500 calories/day = you gain weight

Eat about 2,500 calories/day = you maintain current weight

Eat fewer than 2,500 calories/day = you lose weight

Exersize , eat less , avoid proccessed foods, go a bit hungry for short periods, We tend to eat when we are hungry, and usually over do it, it's difficult, but if you can be strong willed you can get to the food intake you need, and not the one you want. The secret is your metabolism, if you gained the weight over a long period of time, it will take a long time to get to where you want to be weight-wise, that is why most quick weight-loss diets don't work, your metabolism has to re-adjust.
