The very top of Pikes Peak has a visitor center. You can get to the top by either driving up there or going to the city of Manitou Springs to get on the Cog Railway. On Pikes Peak, sometimes people can see other states that border Colorado. And there's even a small monumental plaque that tells the story of Katherine Lee Bates writing "America the Beautiful" once she visited the top of Pikes Peak.
