You should understand that your bones (especially leg bones) getting weaker when you getting older. Apart of reasonable suggestion to visit a doctor I will recommend to add more calcium in your diet, reduce load on your leg, use special exercises for knees and ancles, have a habit to walk daily, use suitable shoes.
