A subluxation is when your spine is misaligned which causes either pinched nerves, damaged nerves, damaged discs, etc. Your nerves are like the life line to your organs. If it is pinched or not allowed to function 100%, then it is like pinching a water hose. Everyone can benefit from Chiropractic, especially you at this time. The sign of a good doctor is to listen to his patient! Keep moving and get another opinion. It's possible all it is would be a pinched nerve in your back, but one never knows. It could be many thing. Any doctor that poo-poos a problem such as yours isn't earning his/her money!

I have lower left sharp pains and dull lower right pains in my pelvic regon and it comes and goes what do you think it is?
I should probably get this checked out if it gets worse or doesnt go away for 24 hours. Otherwise, any pain in the pelvic or abdominal region is hard to diagnose, could be gas or something like appendicitis.
