What can you do if you had food poisoning 4 years ago and ever since then your hair has fallen out and gotten very thin and fine and it used to be long and thick?

I think you need to do two things, 1: consult someone professional about this odd occurance, and two: make sure to provide all of the information you can about what gave you food poisoning. Worse case scenario is that unfortunatly, yes, your hair could fall out permanently, but there are sop many ways to help your apperance now adays. But look on the bright side, your lucky, you were able to enjoy having hair for a period of time, where as my 2 year old neice m,ay never have that joy due to a mysterious disease. Be happy, and hey, there is NOTHING wrong with wigs. I'm growing out my hair to make a wig for my neice, I'm sure there are plenty of people that love you that would do the same!
