- Tampons
- Soft tampons
- Menstrual sponge
- Diaphragm
- Softcup
- Menstrual cup
Menstrual cups are the best option because unlike tampons they can be worn even when your flow is light and for up to 12 hours without any health risks, also they don't increase cramps, have anything showing outside your body, absorb water, or leak like tampons and other options can.
