you can not get your braces off faster because you need braces if your teeth are not allinged well. that means that you are going to need braces for as long as your teeth need them. that is usually for quite a while.
there is nothing really that you can do exept strictly follow the rules. i have braces i know they suck. i don't ever follow the rules but my teeth are doing better than they expected. so i guess it depends on who you are.
By following the exact instructions that your dentist or orthodontist tells you to. Especially by wearing the elastics needed.

Technically, a dentist could do it if he had the training, but in practice, it's going to be an orthodontist. Dentists usually don't have the training to deal with orthodontics.
Take pain killers.
If you have a sore tooth from braces or separator's. A good idea is to take 1 or 2 pain reliever's.
They do sometimes it depends on if the dentist tells you that you can wear them or they will tell you that you need braces....in that case it doesnt cover it...try asking you dentist they probably know more than me haha :) I hope this helped :)
