- First off ask yourself if you your girlfriend have reason to believe you don't love her. Think back:Do you talk to other girls and flirt? Do you ignore your girlfriend when your buddies or other girls are around? Do you forget to keep dates when you've made one with her? Do you go out with the guys more than you see your girlfriend? Do you take her for granted? Do you do more things you are interested in and then ignore her interests? When was the last time you bought her flowers or a piece of jewelry (doesn't have to be super expensive jewelry.) If you haven't done any of the above, then you probably have a very jealous girlfriend or she is very insecure for reasons of her own and I highly doubt you'll ever convince her that you really love her. You could try sitting down in a quiet place and talking things over with her and ask her right out why she feels this way. If you think she has good reason to feel this way then help her through her insecure feelings. If she isn't willing to talk to you about it and this relationship doesn't improve then I am afraid you are going to have leave her.
