this infraction is a major no-no! the infraction by the law office is what is called "3rd party disclosure" and is a punishable offence by federal law. if you have proof and even if you do not, you need to find a local attorney and have him pursue the matter. Read the short but sweet "FDCPA" or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" which is a federal law in regards to collection. Collectors break the laws all the time- you have to call them out on the carpet for it.
