Stop listening and start talking. She is always talking about herself because she can't hear you. She obviously likes herself a lot so you have to try and take the conversation away from her. I know it's boring to listen to the same thing all the time. If she can't get the message then you are going to have to give it to her but do it subtly, you don't want to offend her.
