4. Stay Hydrated.

Being hydrated is extremely important. Water is like a fuel to your body. The best thing about water is that it acts as a detoxifier. The more water you drink the more pathogens and toxic waste your body would release out in the form of urine or sweat. These toxic materials if kept inside the body for a long time can cause serious issues. Bacteria’s are all around you and your body is immune to most of them. Still any such bacteria or even a thing you ate can cause your body to create toxic waste and thus it needs to be cleansed properly for which staying hydrated must be done.

5. Maintain a balanced diet
