With a minor in psychology, you can complement your major field of study with an understanding of human behavior, emotions, and cognitive processes. This knowledge can be beneficial in various careers such as education, healthcare, social work, marketing, or human resources. It can also enhance your interpersonal and problem-solving skills in any profession you pursue.

Honestly, not much. If you want to work in the field of psychology, you will most likely want to continue on and get a master's or doctorate degree. However, corporations are becoming more aware of the importance of understanding and motivating employees, so if you are interested in training or HR or consulting, this is not a bad background to have, either.

A minor would only complement a major, such as a degree in Criminal Justice.

A minor alone cannot get you a job in the field of Psychology.

Even a person with a BA in Psychology can't really do much with it.

If you get a degree, this will complement your degree nicely, but otherwise, it's pretty useless.
