I tend to drink poweraid zero, it has no sugars or carbs and it was recommended to me by a nurse in the ER because my meds kept making me get dehydrated.
I also adive whomever asked to talk to their nutrionist and/or doctor. Just be carefull with soda's as some even the diet ones have horrid sodium content.
