The best thing to eat to help the recovery of someones liver is food that is rich in Beta-Carotene such as carrots, apricots, spinach and mangoes. Legumes are another good choice any type of beans like lima beans and kidney beans. Zinc rich foods are excellent eat some spinach or dark green veggies.
