you can give her cat food (most dogs love cat food as its richer in taste and smell) and mix in a little tiny bit of dog food and gradually and more dog food each time until she eats dog food

Basically what you have to do is what most dog owners have had to do, experiment with different brands to see what your chi will eat and what your chi will not eat. You may have to get a couple of different brands like I do and mix them.
