At any good pet stores their should be some bearded dragon food (both for juveniles and adults) that isn't live insects. this is great to insure your beardie has a well nourished & balanced diet. they also need to eat vegetables that are dusted with a calcium powder (babies dont tend to eat veg). also have some locusts handy, locusts are easier to keep than crickets, and dont make a noises at night. feed him/her the bearded dragon non live food and vegetables every other day, and on the other days, give him/her a few locusts. They need a mixture of veggies, fruits and protein. There is a good nutrition chart on beautiful beardies.com

Bearded dragons will eat anything that could be considered food. Just because the would, doesn't mean they should. Beardies can eat all kinds of veggies. Carrots help their eye sight. They can eat insects, but I only recommend crickets. Beardies can eat scrambled eggs, they usually love it! Mine tries to break through the glass of his terrarium just to get at it.

Old beardies need lots of food as well. They do not need crickets nearly as often as younger ones do. They must have protein, one good way to provide this is scrambled eggs. My beardie absolutely loves them!!! Always provide fresh vegetables, but never spinach or cabbage, it is like a poison to them. (Young and old)

I hope this information was useful to you.

Is it okay to feed a bearded dragon crickets that have eaten food om the same day?

Yes, you can feed crickets that have eaten food on the same day that you feed them to the bearded dragon. It helps the dragon to get more food. It's called gut loading, because you are loading the crickets' guts with extra food that the dragon can use. There is a substance that you can sprinkle onto the crickets before you feed them to the dragon. You can check with your pet store for that.
