All they want is stuff to chew on. Give him lots of bones, kong, tennis balls. This time is about the hardest when taking care of a shepherd puppy because they will have a strong urge to chew on EVERYTHING, even you. Make sure you never allow your pup to chew on your fingers, it won't hurt when he is very little but it sure will later so don't teach him the wrong thing by letting him.
42 I believe.
No. The german shepherd is stronger and has sharper teeth/faster speed than a golden retriever.
Your vet can determine the dog's age by looking at their teeth, size and behavior, but they won't be able to give you an exact age.
A quick brushing weekly will suffice.

Only if it is a puppy and is losing it's milk teeth. Otherwise, if the dog is an adult the tooth will not regrow.
Correction: Puppies in general usually begin to lose their teeth at about 3-5 months of age. It ends 6 or 7 months, but it can vary.GSD's shouldn't lose their teeth naturally.
Yes, dogs lose their baby teeth when they are puppies just like human children do. They aren't supposed to lose adult teeth, but sometimes it happens due to tooth decay or having them knocked out.
They usually start at about 5 months, but they can be as young as three months when they start losing teeth. Don't be surprised if erect ears drop during teething. If they were up before teething they should be back up again once teething is done.
