Take the puppy to the Vet, It could be a sign of a many serious illnesses. If its eating soft solid foods give it some plain white rice mixed with boiled and strained ground beef and raw pumpkin like the type you get for pie filling that is what i feed my dog when her tummy is upset and it always does the trick.
