It very much depends on the plants that you will have in the garden. Some plants thrive in direct sunlight, and other plants would not tolerate it particularly well.
too much heat, it gets cooked
Not really. No plants help a garden. They ARE the garden.
how do you plant pechay seeds it may transplanted method or direct but it's easy to be a direct method... here's the method : 1.first the depth you sow the land is 1 cm. 2.the right and left area is 10cm. long before the one seed will be planted. or maybe in the upper and lower area is 10 cm. long to be the next seed planted.. with the knowledge and the proper care you won't buy in the market because pechay is in your garden and if you don't have garden try the long pots that can be purchase in markets or hardware.
When using on potted plants compost waste first or you'll end up with stench and critters. Do not add meats to compost. Crushed egg shells and coffee grounds are fine applying direct to soil. You would have do find out which plants this would benefit though. You may however bury waste in a garden area, be sure to chop up first and bury at least 12 inches deep. Be on the lookout for animals digging in the garden if you do this.

Garden aspect is the location of the garden in relation to the amount of open area receiving sunshine. There should be no shade trees or tall buildings blocking the morning sun from a garden, and no tall walls or buildings blocking the afternoon sun.
