Try mixing it with hot milk or cream. Or you can layer it with some Irish cream in a shot glass. Both sound good to me. It might also go well with a little kirschwasser and cream. worth a try.
Kahlua can be drunk with many mixers. the most common are milk or cola. It can also have vodka added to make some drinks, for example a black Russian is Kahlua, vodka and cola and a white Russian is Kahlua, vodka and milk.
By the time the brownies are baked the alcohol in them has evaporated. The flavor of the Kahlua stays. If the person is partial to the flavor of Kahlua, it might make them crave the drink, but the brownies won't contain any alcohol.

A layered drink made of Kahlua, Bailey's Irish cream and Crown Royal ( in that order, and ideally with just a float of Crown ).
Ingredients: 1/3 oz Bailey's Irish cream 1/3 oz Kahlua 1/3 oz Frangelico This drink is best when shaken and strained, but the proper way is to layer the drink. Kahlua is poured first, then Bailey's is next, and Frangelico is layered on top.
This famous drink was invented in the 1980's in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada by some friends who were trying to make a White Russian or a Brown Cow ( made with Vodka, Kahlua and Milk) They substituted the Vodka with Tequila and when they ran low on Kahlua they cut it with Coke. Hence the original paralyzer: Kahlua, Tequila, Coke and Milk is now a Canadian favorite.
Drew Estate used to make the Kahlua cigar, but lost the licensing right to use the brand name Kahlua. The good news is they continue to make the cigar under their own brand name Tabak Especial. It is the exact same cigar as the Kahlua. Most premium cigar shops should have it.
It would make you really high otherwise
