∙ 14y agoDepending on what is available in your country, you might like to have two different vegetables, such as
- rice and peas, or
- potatoes (or fries) and beans, or
- mixed vegetables (stir-fry or boiled etc) and green peppers, or
- pasta (any type!)
- etc etc!
The meal can have a tasty sauce, e.g. some soy sauce, or ketchup, or gravy, or onion sauce. Anything!
And it can be further enhanced with things like pickle or chutney.
Meatballs are very versatile! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 ea Egg
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 T Parsley
- 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
- 1 ea Hard roll softened in milk
- Salt & pepper
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls about 2 in diameter and drop into simmering tomato sauce. Cook slowly 20-25 minutes, stir carefully.
- Variation: Meatballs may be browned in hot olive oil, then dropped into simmering sauce.
Variation: Place meatballs on an oiled broiler pan, turning carefully as they brown.
