If you mean can you shower to speed your flow, the answer is no. Sorry you have to ride the flow out. However, there are birth control methods like YAS that limit you to 4 periods a year. No recommendation , but it may be worth investigating if the menses is particularly heavy and problematic for you.

you have to take the pill only 3 weeks per month so you to keep having your periods(and you don't screw up your monthly cycle), so you should have your menstrual cycle not only "after coming off the pill" but even while taking the pill normally, if you're not having a period, especially if it's been more than a month since you stopped taking the pill, you'd be best off getting a pregnancy test(if only to be sure), or seeing your physician,
