Depends on which benzo it is since they have different half-lives. Also how long and how much you've been taking. It can take 1-42 days depending on those factors. They are fat soluble though just like cannabis. So sweat it out. Work out hard and drink plenty of water and things like grapefruit juice or milk thistle to cleanse your liver. And of course, stop taking them.

∙ 9y agoThere is no particular substance you can take that will get benzodiazepines out of your system. Water is the best way to gradually flush the drug out of your system. Drink as much water as you can tolerate until your urine is clear. If you have kidney or liver problems or retain fluid be sure to consult your doctor about consuming a large amount of fluid!
