What can you tell you about a sears and roebuck 1901 bamasus twist single barrel shot gun?

The most important thing you should know is that you should never again shoot the gun. The damascan barrel could have hidden corrosion that can cause the barrel to blow apart is fired with a modern smokeless round.
The next most important thing to know is that the gun is essentially worthless. It makes a good decoration (called a "wall hanger" since it should be hung on a wall and never used) or a mediocre club but its days as a firearm are over.
