You can actually use parchment paper too. If you loose the paper that the perler beads come with, use wax, parchment, printer, or foam paper. You can also use sketch book paper.
No! I used this and it caught on fire!
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. You have to be very careful because you would most likely just knock over the beads or they wouldn't stick together (properly). I would always use the paper unless you don't have any. In that case, I guess you could try to iron without and paper, or use something else or get some more (but I do not know what you could use or where you could get more from).
Visit your local arts and crafts store (such as Michaels) or check out Perler's official online store (perler.eksuccessbrands.com) for all of the available products and colors. Ordering directly from Perler is known to be the cheapest method, especially if you use a coupon (search online for current offers) and order in large amounts.
TOTALLY!! You can you a HAIR STRAIGHTENER. I have wondered this myself because sticking them in the oven melts your pallets :|. But yes you can use a hair straightener!! Hoped it helped :)----
We use wax paper
yes you can but press lightly so you can see what you are ironing
They use aluminium instead of iron because aluminium is lighter.
Pony Beads
they bartered, like the indians. used anmimal skin, beads, shells and things that were in worth or valuble
I think they use steel because, the instruments would rust if it was iron & germs would transfer.
Make a cauldron but instead of iron use enderpearls.
