There are some lice treatments at pharmacies or Wal-Mart Zellers and places like that. What you do with them is spread the stuff all over your hair, leave it on for 15 20 minutes wash it out and comb the lice out with the lice comb provided or if tha breaks too easy, use your normal comb (not brush) and after wash all the lice out in your sink. Hope this helped!
The best way to treat head lice is to remove as many eggs as possible and wash head with shampoo especially for treatment of lice. Also it is best to wash in extremely hot water all bedding that came in contact with head or burn it.
Was it regularly with good shampoo and really dig into your hair with your hands and nails to scratch all the lice away.
You get the shampoo and put it on your head. Fleas shampoo may not work, get one for lice and get the one with the special comb so you can get the nits out of your hair
Yes, this helps because lice/ nits need a warm, sheltered environment that cannot be sustained without hair. Lice/ nits can only live in oxygen/ carbon dioxide - as the lice breathe an air that is close to your scalp - for 24 hours. you still should use med. shampoo
there many cleaning agents which you can purchase from pharmacists which is a natural and gentle head lice treatment that eliminates live lice and nits (lice eggs) in one day. It is important to use an effective nit comb to remove all dead lice, nits, and debris after a head lice treatment is used.
to be truthful with you, i have head lice right now you can use mayonaise. good luck peeps! :)use the treatments about every 2-4 days of 6 weeks and use a nit comb to try to get rid of the parasitic nits(eggs of the lice)
You can use the shampoos for head lice even when you are pregnant.
You only have to use the shampoo to kill the nits.
It will; the problem is that most of the nits are so close to the scalp as are the lice, that one would end up burning the scalp to get to the lice. Try to find a reputable lice removal service in your area. Most use a safe and effective manual removal method and many offer guarantees as well.
No, the combs remove the adult head lice but not the "nits" which are their eggs, which they stick to the base of the hairs. So if you have nits, coming out the adult lice will not remove the infestation as more lice will hatch out from the nits. As well as combing the hair you need to kill the nits with some proprietary medicine.
As long as they have hair, men can get head lice. Head lice have the ability to appear on anyone who has hair, whether it be a child, man, or woman. If you do get lice, purchase "Lice Hero" to get rid of them. You will need to use the shampoo and then comb out the lice eggs to prevent more from hatching.
No, vinegar will not remove nits from hair. Nits need to be combed or picked off the hair shaft.
