Any idea that is interesting enough to you will be a good idea. You cannot write a story or novel based on ideas that someone else invents - you won't be interested enough in the subject to be able to research and write anything that will actually sell.
If you want someone to tell you what to write, ask your English teacher for an extra assignment -- that's what you're doing here, you know. Plus, anonymous people on the internet have no idea how old you are, what your interests are, or how well you can write!
In order to write, you need a personal connection to the subject. Write about whatever you enjoy, or whatever you find interesting, and you will end up with your novel or story.
For a story based on a video game, you could just write down what's going on with the characters -- their background, the story going on as you play, that sort of thing.
If you are talking about the story mode thing were you can write family bios, then you just press c.
Unlike the Sims 2, there is no 'photo album' in Sims 3. To access your photos you will have to go to: My Documents Electronic Arts Sims 3 Screenshots If you want to actually write a story/history with your photos you will need to upload online.
On each sims 3 you can make up to three story modes:)

Both the sims and the sims 2 will allow you to build 2-story homes. The difference is the sims 1 will allow only 1 or 2 stories, and the sims 2 can do up to 4 or 5 stories.
You can get on the computer and it will have it option to write..... then click write a book

no you cant have babies but i think you can have two story houses but on the sims 2 for the computer you can have both
