The courts will periodically find him and garnish his income taxes. She needs to keep her information up to date and periodically check on her case. As far as support, she needs to advance at work so that her child has what it needs. When she does locate him, she can inform the courts.

Your ex wants child support but you can not have visitation?

In the US, child support and visitation are two separate things. You are legally responsible for financially supporting your child rather you have visitation or not. If your ex refuses to allow visitation then you need to petition for court-ordered visitation. If you obtain that and the ex still refuses, then s/he is in violation of a court order and there are consequences for that. If, on the other hand, you don't have visitation because the court refuses to allow it (for whatever reason)...well, that's a different issue.

If the mother deprive the father the right to see his child and he pays child support what are will the courts do for legal relief for him?

If the father has visitation rights and the mother refuses to allow the father those rights, then the father can sue the mother in a civil contempt proceeding. If she doesn't have a good reason for disallowing the visitation then she can be held in contempt of court. There are various remedies including giving the father more visitation to make up for the visitation that was disallowed by the mother or even giving the father custody, but usually, the judge will just order the mother to allow the visits. His paying or not paying child support has nothing to do with whether or not he gets visitation (i.e. he gets visitation regardless of whether or not he is current with child support).

Does a father have to pay support even if the child refuses visitation?

Does my son have to visit his child if he is divorce his ex wife is going to court to make him visit his daughter?

Courts can issue a visitation order but unfortunately they cannot "make" fathers visit with their children. No one can make your son take an active role in his daughter's life. The court can only make him pay child support. IF he refuses to visit with his daughter her mother may eventually request that the court terminate his parental rights. However, he will be required to continue to pay child support.

Your 14 year old refuses visitation with non custodial parent in Louisiana we did not take it to trial we agreed on therapist setting she was emotionally and physicaly abused he is a drunk?

Well, I would not blame her at all for refusing to see her dad who abuses her. Be a loving mother and get her some help. If you did not go through the court system then your daughter does not have to visit this man.

Can a mother get into trouble if the father is paying child support and not seeing the child?

Not if the father hasn't requested a visitation schedule. The mother should allow the father to visit with the child.
