CX/DX/LX has 107HP EX has 127HP Si has 160HP
its just the trim of the car
The CX, DX and LX have 106 hp. The HX has 115 hp and the EX 127 hp.
Honda uses the designations; DX = Deluxe LX = Luxury EX = Executive
It will be an LX or EX as there was no DX or SE coupe. If it has a sunroof it is an EX if not it is an LX.
It doesn't always mean the same thing. It depends on the manufacturer. But I think EX means "Executive", "Extra", or "Exceeds" , LX usually means "Luxury", and DX means "Deluxe". I have a 2001 Mazda 626 LX-V6 and LX is top-of-the line trim for Mazda. But for Honda, EX is top-of-the line trim, then LX, then DX. Hope this help!
The Honda Civic DX, EX and LX are the type of variants available for the model. Each variants has a set number of options available. The DX is the common deluxe model, EX is the executive model and the LX is the luxury model.
106 H.P. A 106-horsepower 4-cylinder engine powered the CX, DX, and LX. The HX had a 115-horsepower engine. The EX had a 127-horsepower engine.
It is just a model designation indicating the level of standard equipment. Honda uses DX, LX, & EX. DX is the base car and the cheapest.
These are just Honda's way of designating trim levels. The DX is the base model and is the cheapest. The LX adds some options and is more costly. The EX is the top of the line fully loaded car. The EXL adds leather.
Year? Model, Ex. Lx. Dx.?
Si is just a model. Example, DX, EX, CX, or LX. Si, SiR, or SiG mostly stands for Sports car. Si has a V-Tec engine. 2000 Honda Civic could be also a base model that you are talking about.
