Typically that filter if for GM v-6's. It does fit the old 2.2L that came in the Caviliers, but not the new ecotec engines or the 2.4L 4 cyl.

Call your walmart automotive center.
ST16 for the V6 ST3614 for the 4 cyl
Go to WalMart and look it up in their application guide.
Generally that filter is used on Toyota 4 cylinders found in cars.
Do not install a Supertech filter on your Ford. Install a quality filter such as Purolator, Wix, or Motorcraft. The filter is too important to go cheap. Change your oil/filter every 5,000 miles.
Chevy Silverado 4.8L V8, 5.3L V8, and most likely the Chevy Trailblazer or Suburban.
I'm assuming you really mean Honda CR-V, so it is a ST3593A. There are books at Walmart or anywhere else that you can look up the filter number in the brands that the certain store has available.
