What are your damages? This isn't a case to clog up the court system. File a complaint with the school or school district.
There are many things that would have to be known to answer that fully, however, on the face of it, there might be a case against the school for not seeing to it that the teacher can safely teach. Check with a local attorney.
For most plausible teacher/student age differentials, this is most likely a criminal matter and the school would neither need nor have any interest in filing a case against the teacher; the criminal justice system will do that for them. The one exception would be for college students, where such a relationship probably isn't actually illegal (but may be an ethics violation). Again, it's not likely they'd "file a case" against the teacher, they'd just fire him or her.
Yes. It should go without saying that you can file a lawsuit against anyone for virtually anything. Whether you win or not is a different story. But, a school [teacher] serving alcohol to a student is unconscionable. The teacher is an agent of the school..the school is responsible for their teacher's actions. Yes.
No. Unless it is in the US public school and the "team" is usually open to every student, then you would have to prove that it was a discrimination again race, religion, or gender, then you may have a lawsuit against the school systeml (not the specific teacher)
At this time, Biggyan Cloud eLearning does not show the teachers' response file if any of the following conditions are present:* The students assignment submission has not been graded by the teacher.* The teacher has not posted a comment to the student's assignment. As a workaround, simply grade the assignment or provide a comment on the assignment submission and the corresponding response file will appear on the student's assignment submission page normally.
Can the student that was attacked file a lawsuit? Yes, they certainly can. Can anyone else file a lawsuit? Only if they were injured or can show damages.
If you are 21 you have to file taxes
While it may be possible to file a lawsuit against the school for emotional distress or negligent supervision if a teacher has consistently and intentionally put your self-esteem down, it would be important to consult with a lawyer to assess the specific details of the situation and determine the best course of action. You may also consider addressing the issue through the school's internal grievance procedures or seeking support from a counselor or school administrator first.
Files generally have information on who created the file. you can view it by using windows explorer in the details view mode and selecting the appropriate information you want to see like when it was created, who created it. As far as downloaded or not, that would be harder to find if possible. A teacher that knows a student will know what the student is capable of, and would realise if something is of a different standard. When the student is unable to explain how it works, because they are not really familiar with it, that will be extra evidence.
in simple words is to file a charge against someone and bring a case to court.
Yes it is possible that as a full time student you would be required to file a 1040 federal income tax return
What do you mean by "case file paper" ?
