Kidnapping is considered a more serious criminal offense as it is an act of violence against another living being.

1(A) when in connection with a human being it carries a 3, 6, 9 year sentence with a strike. The strike is due to taken another person against their will or knowledge otherwise considered a violent act.

1(B) if the kidnapping was for a purely monetary purpose or a way of extortment by preying on anothers emotions, then the kidnapper plus all and any individuals involved will be subject to 1(A) plus addition liabilities based on victims emotional state, dismemberment and/or death. This will not be tolerated and Does carry an additional 3, 6, 9 years up to death.

1(C) in the case of a minor (under17years of age) section 1(A) and 1(B) will hold jurisdiction however in the case of an abduction by a non custodial parent the case may be referred to (a) family court . (b) civil court after criminal charges and physiological review have been conducted..
