If I understand the question correctly, "CasCo" is the short version of Casualty Company where recruits are held outside of their assigned company during recovery from something like an injury, or while being processed out for medical reasons.

Some recruits fall out even before getting to boot camp. They DEP in and get scared and dont end up going. My platoon graduated with about Half of what we started with. Most are either medical drops or washouts. Medical drops are recruits hurt and need treatment, and get droped back in training to another company. There are also alot of wash outs who should have never been there in the first place.
