That would be the servo. Get it fixed immediately. Not expensive, Less than 100 pounds.

the Clock is probably wired to the ignition and power is turned off every time you turn off the Car there fore you have to reset the clock.
Try taking the disk out of the drive.

most common cause is a burned out light bulb, if not the bulb,check fuses and stop light switch
Turn the graphix down or get a better computer.
The internal battery could have run dry. To stop your save-file from erasing, you'll have to open the game cartridge and replace the battery.
There is a recall notice to replace the sockets on the lamps for the stop and turn lights. However, every time I have taken mine in, the dealer has no parts in stock!
Probably the turn signal/hazard flasher went bad. On some vehicles they are separate units, but on some vehicles they are the same unit.
You may need a new battery.
