The most probable cause is low coolant level. After that you may have a bad thermostat or possibly a clogged heater core. You really need to give more info for a better answer. Does it work when the vehicle is moving but not so well when waiting at a light? Is the blower working? Is it not working at all?
A blockage in the heater core is the most likely cause. This is a difficult and expensive repair.
Not a whole of symptoms to work with here...The most common cause of "... heater not working..." is a failed temperature blend door actuator motor.See "Related Questions" below for more
You may smell coolant when the ac is running but a leak in the heater core won't cause the ac not to work.
because it's broke
Possibly the Heater Motor, if the fan is not coming on at all the bearing in the motor have probably gone out.
Turn signal flasher module?
Yes
Could be: Low coolant in the radiator - or - thermostat stuck open - or - heater core plugged.
The blend air door is probably broken.
Yes. The coolant carries the engine heat to the heater core. Without coolant the heater core does not get warm.
Change your heat control sensor it mount on your heater motor on most models, it reduces the amount of voltage to the fan motor.
