she commited suicide when she heard that atony(?) died in battle, so she thought that if she killed herself, she could see him, so she took the smallest, most poisonest snake and held to her breast and she died. hopefully that answers your question... if not.. cannot help you there.

A snake bite would be incorrect for several reasons. The latest thinking is that she poisoned herself with a mixture of three poisonous herbs.
