Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche believed that individuals who believe they have an ego, and whatever they do or say about their ego are deluding themselves. What they see as their ego is a phantom of reality in that their perception of it is primarily based on what others communicate to them, in one way or another. This results in an individual only having a slanted view of what they think of themselves. Here Nietzsche delves into psychology and as he does not exclude himself from his own ideas, also has a slanted view of himself, perhaps.
Friedrich Nietzsche died of a brain tumor, as his father died of the same thing before him, and at about the same age (what the autopsy then determined to be "liquifaction of the brain" was actually a massive brain tumor-induced degeneration of one half of the left hemisphere of the brain tissue for Nietzshe's father) Nietzsche's sister Elizabeth recounted on numerous occasions that when Friedrich was invalid, he would blow his nose in a handkerchief, and she noticed at that time what she thought was "brain matter" coming out his nose. The symptomology of Nietzsche's condition supports the brain tumor diagnosis. Migraines, and vision problems are typical of a growing brain tumor, and not typical of syphillis. Friedrick Nietzsche did not have syphillis, because he did not have SEX. Syphillitics have symptoms such as degenerating hand writing, and Nietzsche never had this, and it is proven by his notes. The reasons for the claim of Nietzsche having syphillis are two fold: Back in the day (1800's), ANY "neuro type" disease which could not be properly diagnosed was included under the umbrella "syphillis". Also, after WWII, many left leaning and liberal intellectuals wanted to discredit Friedrich Nietzsche with such claims of "moral impropriety" by suggesting he was frequenting brothels on a regular basis. There is simply no account that Nietzsche ever HAD sex...with anybody.

Nietzsche believed that truth was constructed by humans to serve their own needs and values, rather than reflecting an objective reality. He argued that the pursuit of truth often masked underlying power dynamics and subjective perspectives, making it inherently deceptive and contingent. Nietzsche's critique of truth as a "lie" was a way to challenge traditional notions of objectivity and encourage a more critical and self-aware approach to knowledge.
"The Liberator" was published.

The Pope's claim of supremacy or authority over the church is what caused the Schism in the church in the late 1300s.
Negligence.
Contributing factors will be used by both sides to argue liability. The plaintiff (victim's estate) may claim the defendant was driving dangerously or speeding and that caused the accident. The defendant might claim fog or wet roads or the victim's own negligence caused the accident.
Probably not. The main reason is that the cost to replace a key will not be enough to exceed whatever deductible you have. The main issue to consider on any claim is what caused the loss and the claim must be caused by a covered loss.
If they can prove that the delay has caused them a loss, then yes.
