German Shepherds are a breed that moults a lot in general.
It's nothing to do with being a pup.
It depends on their size and age; check on the bag/can label for a guideline.
German shepherds do not, in general, drink an unusual amount of water. Their needs, of course, vary depending on their size, their level of activity, their environment, etc. However, if you feel your dog is drinking an inordinate amount of water, or drinking very frequently, contact your Vet as this may be a sign of a serious condition which needs treatment.
I think it depends more on the dog. I've had male and female German Shepherds. The females have always been very stubborn. I've seen some very obedient females too though. Both of my males have been very eager to please and very obedient, even in the presence of squirrels and deer. There are stubborn, independent dogs in both the male sex and female sex though. Some dogs you will have to work much harder with than others. My breeder who has been in the business for 35 years said the only difference he's seen is that males are bigger and stronger than the females.
Female puppies get spayed. Male puppies get neutered.
Mixed puppies are worth all the love in your heart.
An litter consists of about five or six puppies
German students are much, much less inclined than popular history in the U.S. to place the blame on the Treaty of Versailles - and more inclined to blame the Nazis.
pretty much all puppies like to chew.
Puppies sleep a lot because they play a lot and it tires them out.
