What caused Nancy to faint was the poison in her food. It was intentionally meant for Kim, the fashion designer. That's all I'm gonna say b/c I don't want to give the culprit away, or culprits away.

Why you would faint if you were to stand still for a long period of time?

It has nothin to do with standing still... it has everything to do with standing still with your knees locked. That causes over time a reduction in blood pressure leading up a faint. [improvement] The low blood pressure causes the human body to gain the sensation of weakness, causing you to lose consciousness.
