The power train computer is detecting a "slip" in one of the clutches inside the transmission. It does not pay to go on about this with out the make model year and engine specifics. Did you change the trans filter? Not a flush! The filter or filters need to be changed,and fluid needs to be at proper level. I need more info to help you more,sorry..........
