Bad gasket, drain plug, front or rear seal, burning oil if oil lost is not on ground, if it is and you can't find it because it's too dirty steam clean then check it later

A vacuum leak on a 1999 Ford Ranger can be located using an automotive stethoscope. It can then be move around the engine to detect the sucking noise of a leak.
To fix a standard transmission leak on a 1993 Ford F250, simply take it to a mechanic.
You may be burning the fluid and not leaking it so replace the filter also check the TPS and coolant sensor

That depends on whether the radiator is emty. If it is you will need approx. 2 gallons of 50/50 mix of water and coolant. Anytime you need to add fluid check for a leak.
