your front end needs to be lubricated badly. Jiffy lube will do it if your truck is fitted with grease fittings if it doesn't have fittings then you have to replace parts. Word to the wise the front end cost about 900.00 for the parts alone so take it to an experienced mechanic and have him drill in some "zirk" fittings on your front end parts so it can be greased!
