My Dodge Caravan 2003, ( 45,000 miles),also l have this problem, little different is , when the speed go to 0 , and after 4 sec, it begin shake, or load idle (like turn on air condition), I change the spark plug, wire, clean air damper, same .
first time clean air damper, seems better, before, when loose gas, shake, after, is speed to zero , then shake. 4 days after, it comes back, but is speed turn to zero, I will going to clean air damper again, see what will happened. they use a can to "spray" clean.
I also change TCM 2weeks before, (check engine light on 2 months, dealer nothing found, just say that TCM is bad). also the same.
The Dodge Caravan didn't exist until 1984.The Dodge Caravan didn't exist until 1984.

Not an option until 2003.
Add 1 pint at a time until it is in the safe zone.
No. It will keep running until the engine is ruined.
Will not run until dealer over rides the anti-theft circuit in engine controller
Yes they freewheel until clutch engaged (air on)
Try different size sockets until you find the right size. They are more than likely metric.
To close the back vent window on the Dodge Caravan look for a small handle that looks like a bent arm and rotate the arm until the window is closed. Some Dodge Caravans have power rear vent windows that can be closed by pressing a button on the driver's side door panel.
I wouldn't bet my engine on it, but the answer is probably no. As a Dodge mechanic, I can tell you the answer is no. It will run with out oil until it seizes or blows apart.
No the depth of the wheel will hit the front brake caliper. it will not be obvious until you go to move.
I'm having the same problem with my 99 Dodge Grand Caravan - rear vent windows won't open. Worked fine up until early 2008. Both stopped at the same time, and I can't find a fuse for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Todd
