It could be a fuel filter or with my 2001 Impala, it was my Catalytic Converter. Is their a check engine light on? Schucks should have a scanner you can use for free to asses the issue. Good luck.
Cylinder miss.
You are running out of fuel. As you are going up the hill, the fuel is sloshing around causing sudden fuel starvation to the engine.
Low Power Steering Fluid
sound like a fuel inj. or timing
what causes a 1.8t golf to jerk especially after the engine being hot
One of the possible causes of a Pontiac Bonneville to jerk during acceleration is that the car needs a tune up. The engine misfiring can lead it to jerk as you accelerate.
it sounds like clutch problems to me. i have an automatic that does that to me on really cold days
Do you mean JERK?
what causes my thunsercat to jerk in all gears on a steady throttle?
because its amazing
If the hill is steep enough, and if you are going fast enough, with mild to heavy throttle pressure, or at highway speeds, with the cruise control set, the jerk you will feel is the transmission kicking out of overdrive as the engine applies more power to get over the hill. First thing I would do is check the Transmission fluid level. If it's ok then is the fluid "Burned" (used up). If it is burned have it and the filter changed. A good "reverse" flush even better (it will get the fluid in the torque converter also). Sounds like a Tranny problem but it could be "Engine Load" related, check the tranny first. TommyTrouble try to change sparks. it welped to me
The amount of pressure stored inside the hose causes it to jerk, since all the energy is trying to escape to a place with less concentration.
