The most probable cause of a front tire starting to tear itself apart would be from uneven wear. I recommend that you have a front-end alignment performed, and replace both front tires.
The next most common reason would be that the tires are out of balance; have the new tires properly balanced when installed.
If you hit a pothole, it's possible that the pothole caused both of these problems, and may have damaged the tire at that time.
have the tyre checked for balance
Most likely under-inflated tire
IT COULD BE A BREAKDOWN IN THE TIRE CORDS, HAVE A TIRE SHOP CHECK IT OUT. IT HAPPENED TO ME.
Improper tire pressure or a bad toe out. Take it to an alignment shop.
If the tire and rim separated, then the pressure was far to low or the tire was too narrow for the rim. If the entire wheel/tire separated from the vehicle, then 'A' frame and/ or shock broke up.
Front end is out of alignment. Take it to a trusted alignment shop and have an alignment performed.

Check tire balance or wheel bearings in front axle
the thing that causes a clunk when you turn means that the break pad isn't turning all the way with the car tire and it is slightly knocking on the inner tire or something along those lines
Why? To even out tire wear. The front tires will wear much quicker than the rears on a FWD vehicle. The front tires are pulling the vehicle and are also steering the vehicle. This causes friction which causes wear. You rotate by simply putting the rear tires on the front and the front tires on the rear every 10,000 miles. Click the link and go to Tire Rotation.
Assuming that there are no worn parts in your vehicles front end, the cause could be excessive toe-in. Have the front end alignment checked.
This is due to the right rear tire pressure not balancing with the left front tire when your radio is tuned to a country and western channel.
