The popping noise can be caused by a bad year in the rear end. The popping noise can also because by a bad you joint.
If it happens when you put the Jeep in drive or reverse, it's probably a u-joint getting loose. If it happens going over a bump, it could be a shock, or sway bar problem.
Check the operating mechanism
The obvious answer would be that there would be a leak somewhere...
The clunk is probably a universal going bad, and the popping out is probably caused by worn sifter bushings
Check the front driveshaft.
infinty sound system! If you want to improve sound go see a speacialist and get a new system. If you want to fix your Jeep speakers, google - Jeep Speakers - and go shopping.
The popping sound is most likely caused by a problem with the suspension. The front strut spring is the most likely culprit.

89 Jeep Wrangler Flooding and popping through the Carborator once the engine is turned off?
Jeep Liberties diesel engines can stall or "cut off" when backing off the accelerator pedal. the most probable cause is the EGR valve sticking in the open position. It is a frustrating and common problem with the diesels.
Could be worn or loose steering/suspension parts. Have a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle soon.
loose bolt possibly, take your jeep to your local mechanic to get it checked out! It can also be dirt in the rear spring. If the jeep has been on a lift and dirt gets in between the leaf springs it can make a popping noise when going around corners. But be safe and check the bolts too.

they said mine did this because my tires were not stock and were bigger then recommended
Mine does the same thing. It sounds like a slight pop, when you put the jeep in reverse and start to give it gas. I'm thinking it's the driveshaft universal joint play. It's been doing this forever, it seems. have 94K on mine and no major issues, great vehicle.
