The air in the sealed bag has nowhere else to go so it heats up. When it heats up it creates a good condition for bacteria to multiply and eventually you get the disgusting green stuff we all know and *hate* as mould.
A blind bag is small bag that contains 1 mini pony per bag. It does not indicate by name which pony is in which bag because it is meant to be a surprise.
Mold can only survive where there is moisture, so if the inside of the bag is moist, then it can survive there, but the bag itself cannot grow mold.
A bagging is a process of putting items into bags.

Funny, I hadn't noticed that before. But if they appear inflated, it is because they are bagged and sealed on the ground, probably pretty close to sea level. However, the cabins of airliners are pressurized to 8000 feet. So the air pressure outside the bag, being lower than the pressure inside the bag, causes the air inside to expand and inflate the bag.
